MesoWorks is located at 18449 Brookhurst St, Suite 4, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. We serve Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Westminster, and surrounding Orange County communities.

What are MesoWorks' hours of operation?

MesoWorks is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

How many treatment sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies by treatment and individual skin condition. Most regenerative protocols recommend an initial series of 3–6 sessions, followed by monthly maintenance. Your provider will create a personalized plan during your free skin analysis and consultation.

Do you offer memberships or payment plans?

Yes. The Vault Membership lets you deposit $300/month as treatment credit and enjoy 20% off all treatments, products, and packages. It's designed to make consistent, long-term skin care accessible.

Is MesoWorks physician-led?

Yes. MesoWorks was founded by a board-certified physician. Every provider is trained by our medical director, grounded in real physiology and clinical integrity.

Welcome to MesoWorks. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MesoWorks website, services, appointments, products, memberships, packages, and promotions.

By visiting our website, booking an appointment, enrolling in a membership, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About MesoWorks

MesoWorks is a regenerative medspa focused on long term skin health. Our philosophy is to work with your skin, not against it, through personalized treatments and regenerative care grounded in science.

The information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Consultations and Treatments

Every treatment is subject to an individual consultation and clinical assessment. A service displayed on our website may not be appropriate for every client.

Our providers may recommend modifying, postponing, or declining a treatment when they determine that doing so is appropriate for your health and safety.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about your medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, previous procedures, and any other information relevant to your care. Please notify your provider if this information changes.

Individual responses to treatment vary. MesoWorks does not guarantee any specific outcome or result.

3. Appointments

Appointments may be requested through our website, approved booking platform, by telephone, or directly through our team. An appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from MesoWorks.

Please arrive on time and complete all required forms before your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened, modified, or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $50 fee.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Where permitted by law, you authorize MesoWorks to charge the applicable fee to the payment method provided when booking.

MesoWorks may waive the fee in exceptional circumstances at its discretion. A waiver on one occasion does not guarantee a waiver in the future.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking or purchase will apply unless a pricing or descriptive error has occurred.

Payment is due at the time specified by MesoWorks. Applicable taxes and fees may be added where required.

We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel transactions affected by inaccurate pricing or service information. If payment has already been collected for a canceled transaction, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Memberships

MesoWorks memberships require a minimum commitment of six consecutive months.

By enrolling in a membership, you agree to maintain your membership and make all scheduled membership payments throughout the six month commitment period.

Membership cancellation requests may take effect only after the initial six month commitment has been completed, except where otherwise required by law or approved by MesoWorks due to exceptional circumstances.

Membership credits may be used toward eligible individual treatments and products. Membership credits cannot be used to purchase packages.

Eligible members receive 20% off qualifying packages. Additional restrictions and exclusions may apply.

7. Packages and Credits

Packages are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase, including eligible treatments, usage limitations, and expiration dates.

Packages and credits are personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred or shared unless expressly approved by MesoWorks.

Credits and packages have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

8. Refunds and Returns

Refunds, returns, exchanges, and account credits are subject to the policy disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable California law.

Completed treatments are generally nonrefundable. Treatment outcomes vary, and dissatisfaction with a result does not automatically qualify a client for a refund.

Products may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with the return policy provided at purchase. Opened, used, prescription, customized, or temperature sensitive products may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Promotions and Gift Cards

Promotions are valid only during the stated period and may be subject to eligibility requirements, exclusions, and availability.

Promotions have no cash value and cannot be combined with other promotions, membership benefits, credits, or discounts unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms provided at purchase and applicable California law. They may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

10. Website and Treatment Information

Treatment descriptions, photographs, videos, testimonials, pricing, and other website content are provided for general informational purposes.

Before and after photographs and testimonials reflect individual experiences. They do not promise or guarantee that another client will achieve the same results.

We may update, correct, remove, or change website content at any time without notice.

11. Intellectual Property

The MesoWorks name, logo, branding, website design, text, photographs, graphics, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to MesoWorks and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website content may be used only for personal, noncommercial purposes. It may not be copied, modified, distributed, published, sold, or commercially used without prior written permission from MesoWorks.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
